About us
The Eastern Suburbs Junior Cricket Club (ESJCC) - aka the Eastern Dragons - is a community-based club that has been providing junior cricket to players from the eastern suburbs since our beginning in 2006.
The ESJCC was formed by a dedicated group of parents to provide junior club cricket opportunities in the eastern suburbs of Adelaide. Since our inception we have continued to grow and currently field teams in various age groups from U10 through to U15. Our club is also a foundation member of the establishment of the NEJCA Competition.
The Eastern Dragons cricket teams play at some of the finest turf pitches available in Adelaide. These include Kensington Cricket ovals, Adelaide University ovals, and some of the best junior cricket ovals in the Burnside Council. Our club has been fortunate over the years to have the great support of these organisations and we are grateful for this support and to work closely with them.
We value being a community-orientated club as we believe we provide an avenue for players of all ages and skill levels to learn and play cricket as well as develop teamwork and mateship.
